"The excursions and tours we did in Spain for the most part were excellent. There was issues on some tours but communicated to Victoria right away. The quality of the tours were outstanding. The only caviat I would say is that from now on, we will ask how long the travel to the tour is versus the actual time we are touring, some were very long rides."
